1.Q:Do you have a catalogue? Can you send me the catalogue to havea check of all your products?
A: Yes,can contact us on line or send an Email to get catalogue.
2. Q: I can't find the product on your catalogue, can you make this product for me?
A: Our catalogue shows most of our products,but not all.So just let us know
what product do you need,and how many do you want.
If we do not have it,we can also design and make a new mould to produce it.For your reference,
making a ordinary mould will take about 35-45 days.
3. Q: Can you provide samples ? Are the samples free ?
A: Yes , we provide 5-10 pcs connector free samples for test.
But you have to pay for the shipping cost
4. Q : What about your delivery time?
A: The stock goods delivery within 1 day, customized goods delivery within 5-7days
5. Q : How to ship my order ?
A: For small package, send it by Express, such as DHL,FedEx,UPS,TNT,EMS.
That's a Door to Door service .
For big packages, can send them by Air or By sea.
We use standard export carton.We will be responsible to any product damage caused on delivery
6. Q: What kind of payment do you accept ?
A: We accept T/T(Wire transfer), Western Union and Paypal.
7.Q:Howabout your company quality control
A:Strictly obey ISO9001,IQC,OQC,IPQC,QA occupy 10% of our Quality department,

8. Q: I need your price list of all your products, do you have a price list?
A: We do not have a price list of all of our products. Because we have so many items,
and it's impossible to mark all of their price on a list.
And the price are always changing because of the material cost and quantity.
And you can give us a list for all of the item you needed,
we will confirm carefully one by one,and give you specification and price list
9. Q : Can you make customized products and customized packing?
A: Yes. We made a lot of customized products for our customer before(mainly wire harness).
About customized packing, There is no problem forwe put your Logo or other info on the packing
Just have to point out that,it will cause some additional cost.
